We got a little loco, we made this light refreshing blonde ale and added some habanero, chipotle, and ghost peppers giving it a noticeable/pleasant heat that builds with each sip. Right before packaging we infused this brew with locally roasted coffee beans from Sudbury’s own Old Rock Roastery, giving this cool brew a bold coffee aroma.
This jet-black medium bodied stout features an unreal smoothness which is a result the addition of oats in the brewing process. The oats also give this stout a touch of sweetness which blends perfectly with a light roasted flavour.
This traditional Flanders Style Farmhouse Ale is ruby brown in colour and was soured with lactobacillus, aged in red wine barrels for 10 months with a blend of brettanomyces yeast cultures. This complex brew features flavours of tart green apple, herbal spice, gamey with light fruit notes, all brought together with a dry oak finish.
